Stamp Duty on Tenancy Agreement
1. Get the average rental
2. Multiply by twelve
3. Deduct two thousand four hundred
4. Round it to nearest 250, 500 750 or 1000. 
5. Divide by 250
6. Multiply by two to obtained the stamping fee for the original copy of a tenancy agreement
7. Add RM 10.00 per extra copy.
